- Organize Groups - Suggest teacher organise Duty Groups and students organise their tent groups (4 to a tent)
- Organize Duty Roster (assign an adult for each meal)

- Fax through Group List, one for each group
- Make copies of Duty Groups, Duty Roster, Tent Groups and Timetable (to be displayed in kitchen)
